Progress has slowed. Or, actually, stopped and reversed and then reversed again. 192, which is, if I do say so myself, pretty respectable considering where I started.
I've also taken up running. I'm signed up for a half marathon in September, currently on track to finish it in 2:20, which is a pretty respectable time all things considered. I'm actually thinking of bumping myself up to a different training group and going for 2:15 or even 2:10, and some of my runs lately have given me reason to believe that with an extra eight months of training under my belt, I could reasonably aim for 1:45 or faster for next May's big race weekend. (Big annual event in Ottawa.)

Oh hey, I haven't posted in a while. I got down to 190, back to 195 again. I've been eating like shit for about a week now, I'm surprised I haven't gained more weight. 16km last Sunday, another 16km this Sunday, assuming a solid week of rest gets my joints back into shape. (Knee and ankle were hurting like crazy after last week's run.) Looks like I'll be just fine for September's half marathon.  _________________
